Brushwood Folklore Center is a rustic campground in Sherman, New York, a 20-minute drive from Jamestown. This 180-acre property is a clothing-optional sanctuary that offers both quiet nature retreats and eclectic community events.
Brushwood Folklore Center operates 212 seasonal sites on 180 wooded acres. The campground runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Additional openings occur for Maypole in early May and Heartsong Harvest in late September.
Each site receives shared water and 10-15 amp electric service. The property features a swimming pool, hot tub, and forested walking trails. A labyrinth and the Roundhouse host community fires and drumming circles.
