Dutch Treat Camping & Rec is a third-generation family campground in Zeeland, Michigan, 45 minutes southwest of Grand Rapids. The park features a fishing pond, boat rentals, and an activity field.
Dutch Treat Camping & Rec opened in August 1969 on a reclaimed gravel pit site. The park offers wooded and sandy campsites. Two original ponds included one for fishing and one for swimming.
The swimming pond filled in 1975. The first full-hookup site and the current swimming pool both arrived in 1975. Three generations of the same family operate the campground daily.
The fishing pond holds stocked fish for catch-and-release. Boat rentals include paddle boats for the pond. The activity field hosts volleyball and soccer games.
