For cancellations made within 14 days of your expected arrival date, no monetary refund will be provided. However, you will receive a credit that can be used for future camping. This credit, valid for one year, will be granted after deducting a $45 change fee. Please note that any further date alterations will incur an additional $45 change fee each time. No refunds due to weather or early departure. The following weekends are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Blues Festival, Tour of the Gila. We do not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends but are happy to move your dates if you want to change them one time. Please give 2 weeks’ notice to move your reservation.
