RVParkway operates as a read-only directory. Visitors browse park listings without creating accounts or submitting personal information. The site collects data in three specific contexts only: server logs, contact form submissions, and third-party analytics.
The web server records IP addresses, browser types, requested URLs, and timestamps for every page load. These logs are stored for 30 days and used for security monitoring, traffic analysis, and debugging. Logs are not shared with advertisers or third-party marketers.
The Add / Update Park form collects names, email addresses, park details, and optional phone numbers. This data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in a password-protected database, and used solely for listing verification and owner communication. Email addresses are not added to mailing lists without explicit consent.
RVParkway uses privacy-focused analytics to measure traffic volume and popular search queries. The analytics provider does not use cookies for cross-site tracking. No personal identifiers are collected.
Park listing pages display photographs from four distinct sources. Each source carries a documented license. RVParkway does not scrape images from social media, review platforms, or competitor websites without permission.

Copyright holders or park owners request image removal through the contact form. RVParkway removes disputed images within 48 hours of receiving a valid takedown request. No proof of registration is required; a simple ownership claim is sufficient for removal.
RVParkway does not deploy third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers. The site sets one technical cookie to remember user interface preferences (e.g., mobile menu state). This cookie expires at the end of the browsing session.
Some park listing pages embed maps or reservation widgets from external providers. These embeds sometimes set their own cookies governed by the third party's privacy policy. RVParkway has no control over cookies set by embedded map providers or booking engines.
